General Course Policy

Learning Period Information

• Initial paid learning period: First 7 days
• Free learning period: Access from day 8 onwards
• Both paid and free periods provide the same viewing access
• Start date is calculated from payment date or first video release date
• For pre-reserved lectures, videos are released sequentially according to schedule

At Betudy, we provide previews of each course so you can assess the quality and content before making your purchase. Preview lectures are not included in the lecture count for refund conditions. Contact our support team at support@betudy.com for any questions during working days.

Full Refund Available When:

• Requested within 7 days from payment date or first video release date AND less than 5 lectures viewed

No Refund Available When:

• Requested after 7 days from payment date or first video release date
• 5 or more lectures viewed within 7 days

Membership Course Refund Conditions

• Full refund available within 7 days of payment
• No refund available after 7 days or if over 2 hours of 1:1 classes used
• Membership expires 30 days from payment date regardless of usage
• Maximum class hours and submission methods vary by membership type

Monthly Payment Products

• New customers: Full refund available within 7 days of first payment
• Existing customers: Prorated refund for unused period when canceling mid-month

Annual Payment Products

• New customers: Full refund available within 7 days of first payment
• After 7 days: Mid-term cancellation and refund not available (annual commitment condition)

Hosting Membership Non-Refundable Conditions

• Account suspended due to service terms violation
• Domain registration fees (third-party fees non-refundable)
• Additional service fees (SSL, backup, etc.)

Hosting Membership Special Conditions

• All data will be immediately deleted upon refund
• Domain requires separate transfer procedures
• Refunds available regardless of technical support usage time
• Annual payment customers are subject to 1-year commitment conditions in exchange for discount benefits

Digital Asset Policy

Digital Asset Refund Conditions

• Full refund available within 7 days of payment AND before download
• Full refund within 7 days for technical defects or products different from description

Digital Asset Non-Refundable Conditions

• No refund available after download (due to digital product characteristics)

Digital Asset Usage Guidelines

• Resale, redistribution, misappropriation, or transfer of products is prohibited
• Extracted images or modified content cannot be transferred, distributed, or sold
• Products can be accessed via [Profile] > [My Account] > [Downloads]

Before Requesting a Refund

• Read the product description and related documents carefully
• Review available previews and sample content
• Seek solutions on related support forums, community pages, and blogs
• Contact our support team at support@betudy.com for assistance
• Ensure the product is being used for its intended purpose and function

Device Usage Restrictions

• Simultaneous access is limited to 3 devices per ID
• Video playback stops automatically if:
  • Same ID is used on more than 3 devices simultaneously
  • Copy programs are run during service use
  • Recording is attempted

Copyright Protection

All content is protected by copyright law. Legal action may be taken for unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing.

Refund Processing Information

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Betudy may deduct financial transaction fees and taxes from refunds
• The refund process can take up to 5 days
• Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the product
• Betudy reserves the right to conduct separate consultations for customers requesting refunds more than 3 times per month
