Course Products Overview

• Course products are video-format lectures (excluding asset products)
• Discounts may end early or be extended without prior notice
• For pre-reserved lectures, videos are released sequentially according to schedule
• Access begins immediately after payment through the learning dashboard

Learning Period Information

• Initial paid learning period: First 7 days
• Free learning period: Access from day 8 onwards
• Both paid and free periods provide the same viewing access
• Start date is calculated from payment date
• For pre-reserved lectures, start date is the first video release date

Try Before You Buy

At Betudy, we provide previews of each course so you can assess the quality and content before making your purchase. Please note that preview lectures count toward the total number of lectures viewed. Contact our support team at support@betudy.com for any questions during working days.

Before Requesting a Refund

• Read the course description and any accompanying documents carefully
• Review available previews and sample content
• Seek solutions to your problem on related support forums, community pages, and blogs
• Contact our support team at support@betudy.com for assistance
• Ensure the course is being used for its intended purpose and function

Conditions for Refund

Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Full Refund Available When:
   • Requested before file/video release after payment
   • Requested within 5 days of payment AND less than 5 lectures viewed
2. Partial Refund (50%) Available When:
   • Requested within 5 days of payment with 5 or more lectures viewed
   • Requested between 5-7 days of payment with less than 5 lectures viewed
3. No Refund Available When:
   • Requested after 7 days from payment date
   • Requested between 5-7 days with 5 or more lectures viewed
   • For asset products after viewing even one video or downloading one lecture material
   • For fixed-period subscriptions (no pause or extension options available)

Special Conditions for Membership Products

• Full refund available within 7 days of payment
• No refund available after 7 days or if over 2 hours of 1:1 classes used
• Membership expires 30 days from payment date regardless of usage
• Maximum class hours and submission methods vary by membership type

Asset Product Guidelines

• Resale, redistribution, misappropriation, or transfer of products is prohibited
• Extracted images or modified content cannot be transferred, distributed, or sold
• Products can be accessed via [Profile] > [My Account] > [Downloads]

Device Usage Restrictions

• Simultaneous access is limited to 2 devices per ID
• Video playback stops automatically if:
  • Same ID is used on more than 2 devices simultaneously
  • Copy programs are run during service use
  • Recording is attempted

Additional Information

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Betudy may deduct financial transaction fees and taxes from refunds
• The refund process can take up to 5 days
• Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the course
• Betudy reserves the right to restrict or suspend membership for:
  1. Habitual cancellations/returns without valid reason
  2. Pattern of partial use followed by return requests despite no defects
