• Course products are products for taking lectures in video format (excluding asset products)
• Depending on the situation, discounts may end early or be extended without prior notice
• For pre-reserved lectures, lecture videos are produced and opened sequentially according to the release schedule, and the first video release date becomes the start date
• Once you purchase and complete payment for a lecture, you can start learning immediately from the dashboard

Total Learning Period:

• Initial paid learning regular course period is 7 days.
• After the regular course period ends, the free course period begins.
• Start date: The learning period is calculated from the payment date, and you can start learning immediately from the dashboard after completing payment (For pre-reserved lectures, from the first lecture opening date) – If the start is delayed due to Betudy’s circumstances, the start date will be postponed accordingly

• Usage Method: Members who complete payment for membership products are given coaching time 1:1 within 30 days according to membership type
• Usage Period: Within 30 days from payment date (membership expires afterwards regardless of usage)
• Membership Course Learning Method: Once you complete payment for a membership product, the corresponding membership course is created in your learning dashboard
• Note: Maximum class hours and submission methods may vary by membership, so please check the membership guide section for details

Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Full refund available if requested before file disclosure (before lecture video release) after payment
2. Full refund available if requested within 5 days of payment and less than 5 lectures have been used
3. 50% refund of actual payment amount if requested within 5 days of payment and 5 or more lectures have been used
4. 50% refund of actual payment amount if requested between 5-7 days of payment and less than 5 lectures have been used
5. No refund available if requested between 5-7 days of payment and 5 or more lectures have been used
6. No refund available after 7 days from payment date
7. Refund amount may change if additional lecture videos or materials are used before the actual refund is processed
8. Lifetime viewing subscriptions have no viewing period limit, but fixed-period subscriptions are limited to the selected period with no pause or extension options
9. For memberships, full refund available within 10 days of payment; no refund available after 7 days or if over 2 hours of 1:1 classes have been used, regardless of usage

• For early bird (pre-sale) purchases, the first video release date is considered the start date
• Preview lectures count toward the number of lectures used

• Resale, redistribution, misappropriation, or transfer of products is prohibited
• Images extracted from products or simple corrections cannot be transferred, distributed, or sold
• Due to the intangible nature of products, no refund is possible after viewing even 1 video or downloading 1 lecture material
• Products can be checked immediately after payment in [Profile] > [My Account] > [Downloads]

• Courses video release dates, curriculum images, and content may change without notice [Simultaneous Access Restriction] Video playback automatically stops if the same ID is used on more than 2 devices simultaneously, if copy programs are run during service use, or if recording occurs

[Other Matters]

• Betudy may deduct financial transaction fees and taxes from refunds
• Betudy may refuse refunds according to terms of service and relevant laws if customers violate them
• Membership may be restricted or suspended if members interfere with ‘site’ operations through:

1. Habitually or repeatedly canceling/returning products without valid reason
2. Interfering with operations through habitual cancellation/partial or full returns after partial use despite no special defects
