Regular Courses Learning Regulations
• Regular courses are online video-format lectures created by Creator Tutors as one-time payment products.
• Immediate access available through learning dashboard after payment.
• Discounts may end early or be extended without prior notice.
• For pre-reserved courses, videos are released sequentially according to schedule.
Learning Period:
• Initial paid learning period: First 7 days
• Free learning period: Access from day 8 onwards
• Both paid and free periods provide the same viewing access
• Start date is calculated from payment date or first video release date
Try Before You Buy:
• We provide previews of each course so you can assess the quality and content before making your purchase
• Preview lectures are not included in the lecture count for refund conditions
Membership Courses Regulations
- • Membership courses are face-to-face offline/online personalized education services.
• Premium education products based on regular subscription.
• Full refund available within 7 days of payment.
• No refund available after 7 days or if over 2 hours of 1:1 classes used.
• Membership expires 30 days from payment date regardless of usage.
• Maximum class hours and submission methods vary by membership type.
Hosting Membership Regulations
Monthly Payment Products:
• New customers: Full refund available within 7 days of first payment
• Existing customers: Prorated refund for unused period when canceled mid-month
Annual Payment Products:
• New customers: Full refund available within 7 days of first payment
• After 7 days: No cancellation or refund available (annual commitment condition)
• Discount benefits applied for annual payments, with 1-year commitment conditions in exchange for discount benefits
Special Conditions:
• All data will be immediately deleted upon refund
• Domain requires separate transfer procedures
• Domain registration fees and additional service fees (SSL, backup, etc.) are non-refundable
Digital Assets Regulations
- • Downloadable products including themes, plugins, and digital assets.
• Immediate download available upon purchase.
• Full refund available within 7 days of payment and before download.
• Full refund within 7 days for technical defects or products different from description.
• No refund available after download (due to digital product characteristics).
• Resale, redistribution, misappropriation, or transfer of products is prohibited.
• Products can be accessed via [Profile] > [My Account] > [Downloads].
Device Usage Restrictions and Others
Device Usage Restrictions:
• Simultaneous access is limited to 3 devices per ID
• Video playback stops automatically if same ID is used on more than 3 devices simultaneously
• Playback stops if copy programs are run during service use or recording is attemptedCopyright Protection:
• All content is protected by copyright law
• Legal action may be taken for unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharingRefund Processing Information:
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Financial transaction fees and taxes may be deducted from refunds
• The refund process can take up to 5 days
• Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the product
