Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Betudy Pro subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in your Betudy dashboard
  2. Click “Cancel plan”
  3. Confirm your cancellation

After cancellation:

  • You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan
  • All your content remains intact and accessible
  • You can re-subscribe to Pro at any time

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Betudy Pro. Here is our refund policy:

Within 14 days of purchase:

  • Full refund, no questions asked
  • Contact [email protected] with your account email
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

After 14 days:

  • No refund for the current billing period
  • You may cancel to prevent future charges
  • Pro access continues until the end of the paid period

Annual subscriptions:

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, prorated refund for unused months may be issued at our discretion

How Refunds Are Processed

International payments (USD):

  • Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record
  • The refund will appear on your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days

Korean payments (KRW):

  • Refunds are processed through Toss Payments
  • The refund will appear on your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days

Payment Failures

If a recurring payment fails:

  • We will retry the charge
  • You have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method
  • If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your subscription will be downgraded to Free
  • No charges are made during the grace period

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

  1. Check your billing history at Settings > Billing
  2. Contact us at [email protected] with details
  3. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days
