Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your Betudy Pro subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings > Billing in your Betudy dashboard
- Click “Cancel plan”
- Confirm your cancellation
After cancellation:
- You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan
- All your content remains intact and accessible
- You can re-subscribe to Pro at any time
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with Betudy Pro. Here is our refund policy:
Within 14 days of purchase:
- Full refund, no questions asked
- Contact [email protected] with your account email
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
After 14 days:
- No refund for the current billing period
- You may cancel to prevent future charges
- Pro access continues until the end of the paid period
Annual subscriptions:
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- After 14 days, prorated refund for unused months may be issued at our discretion

How Refunds Are Processed
International payments (USD):
- Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record
- The refund will appear on your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
Korean payments (KRW):
- Refunds are processed through Toss Payments
- The refund will appear on your original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
Payment Failures
If a recurring payment fails:
- We will retry the charge
- You have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method
- If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your subscription will be downgraded to Free
- No charges are made during the grace period
Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly:
- Check your billing history at Settings > Billing
- Contact us at [email protected] with details
- We will investigate and respond within 2 business days
